20,000 Ha without changing discs!

We have not yet heard about any need to replace the cast discs, even after 20,000 ha. The green and cast discs are incredibly hardwearing and designed for demanding work conditions.

For the lighter soil types, you can select welded discs with a warranted lifetime of up to 12,000 ha. 

Low maintenance increases field time in favourable weather and savings in operating costs.

The Kelly MPH not only has a sturdy design but also focuses on minimising maintenance costs.

The only component to be lubricated is the rocker which we recommend to be lubricated every 25 hours. Otherwise, chains and wearing parts do not require any lubrication or maintenance!

All parts are easily accessible and (EU) standard components are generally used where appropriate in terms of quality and function.

All of the few specially designed components used can be repaired or replaced on site using standard tools.
